Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Remove the skin from the garlic and chop finely. Clean melanzani and zucchini, rinse, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Remove the skin from the shallots.
Clean, rinse and halve tomatoes. Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté zucchini, garlic, shallots and melanzani briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Mix cream, eggs and milk until smooth. Season with paprika, salt, pepper and thyme. Grate cheese and fold 2/3 into the cream. Drain the pasta. Mix with shallots, zucchini, melanzani and tomatoes. Fill everything into a gratin dish and pour the egg cream over it. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in heated oven (electric stove: 200 °C /gas stove: level 3) for 20-25 min.
