Soak the men’s mushrooms in a tiny bit of water. Score the tomatoes crosswise, blanch (scald) them briefly with boiling hot water and skin them. Later, cut them in half, remove the stalk and seeds and cut them into small pieces.

Cook the beans together with some sage and savory leaves according to package instructions. Then drain them.

Cut the ham into small strips. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente.

In the meantime, fry the ham in a non-stick frying pan without adding any fat, then extinguish with the whipping cream.

Add the beans, season with pepper, nutmeg, salt, sage cut into strips and a little savory.

Then briefly rinse the mushrooms and add them.

Drain the pasta and arrange on warm plates. Pour the sauce over it and bring to the table garnished with the tomato pieces.

(Cloud ear mushrooms) use.
