Instructions:

Beat egg and egg yolks over steam until warm, then beat until cold. Soak gelatin and dissolve in warmed Cointreau. Stir the melted white chocolate into the egg mixture with the dissolved gelatin and orange juice. Also beat the egg whites over steam until warm, finish beating cold and fold in. Fold in the whipped cream and chill.
