A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Cut the mushrooms into 2mm thick slices and arrange them pleasingly on the plates. Sprinkle with a little pepper and sea salt and drizzle with hazelnut oil. Grate lemon zest over the top and marinate with juice of one lemon. At the end, sprinkle the cranberries and season with chives and Parmesan.
