* Cook the diced tomatillos, water, garlic and chilies gently for 20 minutes, perhaps pouring off excess water.
* Then add the remaining ingredients to the tomatillos and blend with a hand mixer.
* Heat the oil, add the sauce and continue cooking for 20 min.
Dried or powdered chilies can be used in the same way if necessary. Whole dried chilies can be quickly revived by soaking them in water for a while. A pod reanimated in this way loses none of its original effect.
Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
