For the Italian white bread, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, then put it in the bowl of the food processor with the remaining ingredients (except olive oil) and knead very briefly. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

After resting, add the olive oil and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until the dough no longer sticks to the bowl, cover with a cloth and let rest for 1 hour.

On a floured work surface, knead the dough again briefly and then form a loaf, place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it rest again for 20 minutes.

Before putting the tray in the oven, sprinkle or spray the dough with a little water. If desired, dust with flour and place a container of water in the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
