For the grilled stuffed salmon roll, have the NORDSEE sales team cut fresh, practically boneless salmon fillet into slices approx. 1 cm thick and 15 cm long (similar to beef roulades).

Place 1-2 slices of air-dried ham on each salmon fillet and spread the cream cheese on top.

Roll up the salmon fillets and fix them with a toothpick or tie them with a cotton thread.

Season the outside of the salmon rolls with a little sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

Grill the filled salmon rolls on aluminum foil for about 18 minutes at not too high heat. While doing so, carefully turn the filled salmon roll from the grill a few times.
