Instructions:

First prepare the dough. To do this, sift the flour with baking powder. Cut cold butter into pieces and crumble with the flour.

Add eggs and sugar and quickly knead into a smooth dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

For the cream, prepare the custard and add the yolks. Stir, allow to cool slightly. Add the curd and mix well.

Roll out 3/4 of the short pastry onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and spread with the cream. With the remaining shortcrust pastry, place a lattice on top of the cream.

Bake the cake for about 1 hour at 200 °C in the preheated oven.
