For the curd fruit strudel, mix the curd with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk the egg (put a little on the side to coat) and add it. Add the washed and pitted fruits (in my case: cherries, sour cherries and currants from the garden).

Spread the filling on the dough, close and brush with remaining egg. Bake the curd fruit strudel according to instructions.
