For the curd cakes with raisins, put raisins and rum in a small pot and heat briefly so that the raisins quickly soak up rum. Then drain the raisins and let them get cold.

Mix curd with custard powder, egg yolks and sugar, then add the raisins. Roll out the puff pastry a little flatter and cut out circles with a round cutter, slightly larger than the silicone molds.

Place the circles in the molds and pull up the edges a bit. Fill with the curd filling and bake the curd cakes with raisins at 200 degrees in the oven on top/bottom heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
