Instructions:

Cut the chicken breasts into 3 mm thick strips. Salt, pepper, season with anise and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage. Cut the inside into fine strips. Heat the oil in a pan (preferably in a wok) and fry the chicken strips in it until hot. Add the cabbage, fry briefly and deglaze with a little balsamic vinegar. Let it stand for a short time and season with salt and pepper.
