For the cevapcici, cut the onion and garlic clove into small pieces. Add the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and mix well. Depending on the consistency, add a little more breadcrumbs.
In a saucepan, cook the rice according to package directions. For added flavor, you can add some paprika powder to the water.
Form the ground meat mixture into an oblong, typical cevapcici shape.
Then wash and slice the mushrooms. Break off the ends of the asparagus and briefly rinse the asparagus.
Fry the cevapcici in a little oil in one pan and the mushrooms in another. Add the asparagus to the mushrooms and season. Once everything is cooked and the rice is cooked, arrange the cevapcici with garnishes on plates and serve hot.
