Chop the ham and chives, mix with the cheese and season with salt, nutmeg and Worcester sauce.
Grease 4 cups with the butter, crack an egg into each cup and spread the ham and chives mixture evenly on top. Place the cups in the water bath for 15 min.
When the Bismarck eggs have set, turn them out and serve with potatoes and lettuce.
Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
