For the banana salsa dip with avocado, peel and mash the banana, as well as the avocado. Mix both with the grated lime and its juice.
Chop the ginger, chili, onion very finely and fold in. Season with curry, sugar, salt and coriander. Pour into a jar or small bowl and chill to infuse.
Serve as a dip for parties, barbecues, etc.
