A cake recipe for all foodies:

Stir through flour and dry yeast. Add lukewarm milk, vanilla sugar and eggs. Stir with the whisks of a mixer. Cover and let stand in a warm place for about 45 min. In the meantime, remove the skin from the apples and cut out the core. Cut the apples into slices about 1 cm thick. Bake six pancakes with the dough.

For each pancake, heat ten grams of fat in a frying pan. Add a ladle of batter. Spread four to five apple slices evenly on the batter. Bake over medium heat for three minutes until the pancake is firm around the edges and lightly browned. Turn the pancake to the other side with two spatulas and continue baking for three minutes.

Keep warm in the oven (50 degrees). Bake five more pancakes in the same way. Whip the cream until semi-solid. Put a tablespoon of whipped cream on each pancake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
