For the fruit curry, first peel and finely dice the onion.
Heat the sesame oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
Mix in the Madras curry powder.
Cut the apple, pineapple and papaya into 1.5 cm cubes and add to the onions in this order and mix well.
Add the coconut, bananas, coconut milk and raisins. Simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until the fruits are soft and the sauce starts to become creamier.
Season the fruit curry with salt and sugar.
