Knead all ingredients together. Let dough rest in the refrigerator overnight.
Divide the dough into several parts and form into rolls. Place the rolls in the freezer briefly and then cut down slices with a sharp knife. Alternatively, the dough can be rolled out and cut out.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 13 minutes.
Let the nerve cookies cool and put them in a tin.
