For the fruity Christmas salad, wash the lettuces and the plucked mint leaves well and divide them into pieces. Divide among 4 plates.
Peel the mandarins and place them on top of the salad. Cut the burata into coarse pieces and mix in a bowl with the juice and zest of the lemon.
Let it stand for a few minutes.
Arrange the burata on the salad as well. Drizzle with the dressing.
Fry the bacon briefly in a pan without fat and place over the salad.
For the dressing, add orange juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil to a screw-top jar and shake vigorously.
Arrange the fruity Christmas salad and serve.
