Instructions:

Simmer the rice with soy milk, cinnamon (to taste) and the raisins slowly until the rice grains are soft and the consistency is nice and creamy. Keep stirring during this process!

In the meantime, cut the apple into thin slices.

Arrange the apple slices on the warm rice pudding, sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired and serve.
