Instructions:

Goes well with grilled chicken or fish.

Dry roast sesame seeds in a small frying pan until they turn a golden color. Set aside.

Mix cabbage strips and spring onion well in a large baking bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well, seasoning well with salt and freshly ground pepper. (Can be prepared 2 hours in advance to this point). Cover baking dish, set leaf lettuce aside to cool.

Mix leaf salad again well, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bring to table.

Notes: Serve with strips of teriyaki chicken. Good.
