(*) Carrots Remove the peel from the carrots and grate them medium fine, sprinkle with the juice of one lemon.
Crumble the feta cheese between your fingers, then mix with the carrots as well as the mince.
Add the eggs, breadcrumbs and walnuts. Mix everything well and season heartily with salt and pepper.
Peel the garlic clove and squeeze it into the mixture.
Rinse the parsley, pluck it from the stems, chop it medium fine and fold it in. Form the mixture into a small loaf and place in a greased roasting pan. Roast in heated oven for 60 min. at 200 °C.
