Instructions:

Egg white : 7 grams

Takes about : 20 min.

Put the raisins on a sieve, rinse and soak in the rum for about 4-5 hours. Grind the wheat finely and sieve it. Take 150 ml of the milk and boil the rest. Mix the flour with the carob powder in the cold milk and add to the boiling milk. Then let the cream bubble while stirring. When the cream is thick, remove it from the heat and let it cool a little. Now fold in the honey as well as e the raisins. Pour the carob cream into e bowls rinsed with cold water and cool completely.

Add the raisins. If you don’t want to do without the raisins, you can also soak them in apple juice or orange juice.
