A bean recipe for every taste:

Chop peanuts and dried scampi, clean soybean sprouts. Cut the spring onions into strips.

Heat oil in wok and fry eggs in it, stirring throughout. Add noodles, Phad Thai crab tails, sauce, peanuts, radish and tofu.

Arrange, bean sprouts and scallions on top form. Serve with lime.

Reduce to a minimum.
