Preheat oven to 220°C and remove butter puff pastry from refrigerator approx. 10 min. before processing. Mix blueberries with water, granulated sugar, breadcrumbs and lemon juice. Finally stir in cornstarch and let stand for approx. 10 min. Mix curd, powdered sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and salt with a wooden spoon. Finally, carefully fold in melted butter. Unroll butter puff pastry, spread blueberry filling with a piping bag in the center of the pastry in stripes and the curd filling to the left and right. Brush the edge of the dough with beaten egg and overlap the ends of the dough by about 2 cm so that the end sticks together. Brush again with beaten egg. Bake on the middle rack for about 25 minutes until the surface of the dough is golden.
