Curryglace according to Rosa Tschudi Boil milk and cream (1) with honey and curry powder. Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy and stir in carefully. The mixture should then no longer simmer on low heat. Spread everything through a fine sieve into a suitable bowl. Stir in the pureed pineapple and the cream (2).
Freeze the quantity in a glacé machine or in a cake or aluminum mold.
