A cake recipe for all foodies:
(*) Round baking tray 28cm
Cover the tray with dough. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees. Whip egg whites with vanilla and sugar until stiff. Remove the seeds from the currants and fold into the beaten egg whites. Layer like mountain on the cooled cake base. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and put into the hot oven.
After 7 min, the egg white should turn light yellow.
Arrange on a platter and bring to the table with fruit juice.
Cook gooseberries or blackberries.
