For the vegetarian pasta, cook the spaghetti according to instructions.

Cut the tomatoes, dried tomatoes and olives into cubes. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the diced vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Add sambal oelek and pesto – stir well.

Wash the arugula lettuce and add it to the pan as well – stir until it collapses – then pull it off the hot stove top. Add salt and pepper.

Arrange the cooked spaghetti on two plates, crumble 50 grams of feta cheese over each, then top with the vegetable salad mixture. Be sure to enjoy it hot.
