For the pancakes, stir together all the ingredients for the dough until smooth.

For the filling, mix the powidl with the rum, season with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake about 12 pancakes in a hot pan in a little oil. Spread with filling, fold into a quarter and garnish with the remaining filling.
