Cut the herb butter into slices (2 per person) and place them on a plate in the freezer or freeze them if necessary.
Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Chop the parsley as well. Steam everything in the warm butter for three to four minutes until soft. Put into a suitable bowl and cool. Later add cream, mustard, egg yolk, paprika and curry and mix everything together well.
Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and knead the mixture well. Divide the meat mixture into portions (2 per person). Form a slice of frozen herb butter in the center of each unit and shape the meat into steaks in a little bread crumbs.
Heat the clarified butter. Meanwhile, roast the minced steaks on medium fire for six to seven minutes on each side.
Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
