For the apple doughnuts from the baking sheet, put the cornflour, cornmeal, fructose, baking powder, Biobin and salt in a wide-mouth pan. Add water and knead well. Add the oil and continue kneading until a smooth dough is formed. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Remove peel from apples and cut into slices.
