Cream the butter, the two sugars and the egg yolks until fluffy. Whip the egg whites with a little salt until stiff.
Sift the flour and baking powder. Finely grate the chocolate. Mix the flour, baking powder, chocolate and nuts.
Mix the egg yolk mixture with the flour mixture. Fold in the beaten egg whites a little at a time.
Grease the baking pan a little if necessary. Pour in the batter and smooth it out. Bake in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer for about 25 minutes at 180 °C.
Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the glaze. Stir in the jam until smooth.
Let the dough cool down and then spread first with jam and then with the rum glaze.
Cut or cut out the rum slices to the desired size.
