For tomato butter, first peel the garlic clove. Drain dried tomatoes a little and cut them as small as possible.

Put butter in a mixing bowl, press garlic clove on it. Add tomato paste, dried tomato pieces, salt and pepper, beat with a mixer until creamy.

Pour the tomato butter into ramekins, put them in the fridge and let them set for about 2 hours.
