Cut meat into cubes and soak in white wine for about 2 hours.
Cut carrot, celery and kohlrabi into fine slices, onion into rings. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
Remove the meat from the marinade, dab well and fry in hot butter together with the onion rings on all sides. Now add the chopped vegetables and the peeled tomatoes. Steam everything well. Douse with the marinade.
Everything must now simmer gently until the meat is tender. If the liquid is not enough, add soup.
